The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and driven candidates for a Senior Program Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the design and delivery of dynamic, student-facing career and leadership development programs. Operating within the Career Connect team and the Rich Experiences portfolio, this role supports the University’s strategic goals by enhancing student employability, leadership capacity and confidence—helping shape the next generation of global graduates.

This position will be responsible for coordinating and administering high-impact programs, workshops and events that support student development at scale. You’ll collaborate across departments and with external partners to scope, plan and execute career readiness and leadership initiatives, ensuring alignment with Monash’s Career Impact Strategy and Impact 2030. The role involves overseeing complex project schedules, budgets and KPIs while ensuring exceptional engagement with students and stakeholders. You’ll also provide expert facilitation, oversee reporting and program evaluation, support research-informed decision-making, and guide team members or external contributors to ensure excellence in delivery and measurable impact.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in project coordination with proven experience delivering initiatives on time and to a high standard. Your strengths will include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving, underpinned by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll bring a collaborative mindset, a passion for student success, and the agility to adapt and lead within a fast-paced environment. Experience in student-focused program delivery and advanced digital literacy are essential.
