What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the transformation. Lead the business analysis activities in a cross-functional team.
  • Bridge big ideas and real outcomes. Translate strategic objectives into human-centred, technology-enabled solutions that work at scale.

  • Curious, collaborative, and always looking for the opportunity to make things better.
  • Deep knowledge of student management systems or large-scale ERP platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience designing and delivering transformation in a university or public sector context will be an added bonus.
  • An instinct for user-centred design, agile delivery, and service-led thinking is highly recommended.
