You will lead and inspire teams dedicated to advancing learning and teaching practice, ensuring robust quality assurance processes are effectively leveraged to drive continuous improvement and measurable impact. To be considered for this role, you will bring:

  • Distinguished educational leadership within higher education, with an established international reputation for advancing student learning outcomes and fostering academic excellence.
  • Extensive experience driving university-wide strategic initiatives and educational transformation, including the development of evaluation frameworks and the alignment of institutional learning and teaching priorities with strategic goals.
  • Proven capacity to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, ensuring the delivery of excellence in professional learning, educational development, and the effective integration of emerging education technologies.
  • Advanced expertise in digital learning and innovation, ensuring the strategic design, implementation, and adoption of a cohesive suite of digital learning platforms and products that enhance the student and educator experience.
  • Strong commitment to the scholarship of teaching and learning, supporting the advancement of academic career pathways, recognition frameworks, and evidence-based policy development that elevate teaching practice across the University.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering influential and collaborative partnerships across faculties, campuses, and global education communities to drive a shared vision for educational excellence.

If you are an accomplished academic leader with a passion for educational innovation and a proven ability to drive transformative programs, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. Through your leadership, Monash University will continue to deliver a distinctive, cohesive, and world-class academic experience for every student. Join us and contribute to shaping the future of learning and teaching at one of the world’s leading universities.
