The Opportunity

Join Student Conduct and Complaints as a Student Complaints Adviser.

The Student Complaints Adviser provides a range of specialist advisory and administrative services related to effective delivery of the University’s Student Conduct and Complaints function, with a specific focus on student complaints. 

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive investigations, preparing reports, communications and outcomes in relation to student complaint matters and remission of debt reviews. Additionally, you will coordinate the delivery of a specialist service, function or processes in accordance with best practice and University Statutes, regulations, policies, procedures and strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree qualification in a relevant field with extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
