Remuneration: $96,768 - $104,450 pa HEW Level 06 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

We have an exciting position available within the Research and Revenue Business Partnering team.

Working under a Business Partnering model, reporting to the Finance Business Partner, this client-facing role is responsible for providing expert advice to researchers and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and reporting responsibilities that will assist in the management of research grants and contracts. This role will also include generating and developing reports, analysing data/trends, making strategic recommendations and using information to work with clients and monitor progress and proactively resolve issues. You will also contribute to maintaining financial operational systems, including overseeing work flow processes and supervising the compliant maintenance of records.

To be the suitable applicant you will have a degree qualification in finance/related discipline, preferably with CA or CPA accreditation and extensive relevant experience. You will also have wide exposure in providing finance-related advice and expertise around the preparation and monitoring of multiple budgets in a client facing environment.
