The Opportunity

Monash Centre for Scholarship in Health Education (MCSHE) is recruiting a Senior Lecturer to lead transformative teaching and professional development initiatives that elevate health science education across the faculty.

In this strategic academic role, you will:

  • Design and deliver impactful health science education professional development programs and microcredentials
  • Lead interdisciplinary education research and innovation activities
  • Guide internal and external accreditation processes to uphold excellence in curricula
  • Partner with the MCSHE Director to drive faculty-wide scholarship initiatives

This position offers a platform for educational leadership and scholarly contribution within an inclusive and collaborative academic environment. You’ll join a team passionate about driving change, championing educational quality, and shaping global standards in health professions education.

Who we’re looking for: You’ll bring deep expertise in tertiary teaching, curriculum development, and education scholarship—with a track record of securing research grants and supervising postgraduate students. Your interpersonal agility and proven commitment to scholarly engagement will position you to lead innovation in educational practice and policy.
