The Opportunity
The Student Recruitment Support team is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Student Recruitment Support Officer to play a key role in driving the University’s recruitment and admissions success. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support across Admissions and student recruitment strategies, programs, and initiatives; managing complex enquiries and delivering expert advice. Your work will directly enhance the prospective student experience and contribute to strengthening Monash’s reputation locally and internationally.
This position works closely with Admissions and other internal stakeholders to ensure that enquiries requiring specialised processes and assessment, such as document audits, course transfers, and scholarship or study grant enquiries, are resolved efficiently and in line with University policies. You will play a key role in enabling the timely turnaround of enquiries to support strategic conversion outcomes. In addition to managing complex cases, you will contribute to service improvements, data reporting, quality assurance activities, and assist with time-sensitive processes such as late enrolments.
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong background in student recruitment or tertiary admissions, along with excellent organisational and analytical skills and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality service delivery. Your ability to manage high-impact, complex enquiries, collaborate effectively across teams, and support the onboarding and development of new staff will be essential to enhancing the prospective student journey at Monash.
