The Opportunity

An amazing opportunity has opened up within the Monash University Library, we’re on the lookout for our next Senior Project Manager to contribute to the development and implementation of medium to large scale, high-impact projects in response to strategic business requirements.

The Senior Project Manager manages a number of concurrent projects that are predominately service development, process and people focussed with new technology being the enabler.

The Senior Project Manager provides coaching, mentoring and direction to project teams and provides expert advice to senior management about project scope, deliverables, stakeholder engagement and communication as well as risk mitigation.

We’re seeking a candidate with proven expertise in managing medium to large-scale projects from start to finish, strong planning and organizational skills, and a track record of leading change initiatives and mentoring teams. The ideal candidate will also have excellent relationship management, communication, and research abilities, with advanced proficiency in project management tools.
