The Opportunity
Monash University’s Library Service, Design and Communication team is seeking a Content and UX Lead to create and refine user-focused content and improve end-to-end user journeys. This role will make it easier for students, staff, researchers, stakeholders, and alumni to understand and access the services they need through a Library-wide content strategy.
If you are passionate about creating seamless user experiences and crafting clear, accessible content, this is the role for you. You will develop content solutions across digital and physical channels, supporting Library teams to deliver effective and efficient services.. Your work will align with strategic goals while ensuring all content is plain English, accurate, and on brand.
The successful candidate will hold a degree in communications, media studies, journalism, marketing, user experience design, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. You will have proven skills in content design, digital communication, user research, project management, wireframing, Content Management Systems use, and be proficient with tools like Miro. You will also lead UX research, collaborate with stakeholders, and work with a motivated team dedicated to excellent user experiences.
