The Opportunity
As the Industry Experience Coordinator you’ll provide vital administrative and project coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of internship and industry programs. Working within the Education Portfolio’s Rich Experiences team, you’ll help deliver high-quality, practical learning opportunities that prepare students for the world of work.
This position will be responsible for supporting all stages of industry experience programs—from initial planning through to evaluation. You’ll assist in scoping projects, tracking progress, and preparing a variety of documentation including reports, briefings and presentations. Acting as a key liaison for stakeholders, you’ll offer timely advice and solutions to program-related issues, drawing on your subject matter expertise. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes, while building strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure programs run efficiently and deliver meaningful outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong project coordination and administrative skills, along with excellent planning and time management abilities. You’ll be a collaborative team player who is also confident working independently, using sound judgment and initiative. Your ability to communicate professionally, build relationships, analyse data and solve problems will be essential. A high level of computer literacy, including familiarity with project management tools, will help you thrive in this dynamic and rewarding role.
