The Opportunity
Are you an experienced and passionate curator of exciting and innovative performing arts events and festivals, alongside commissioning new works? Join Monash University Performing Arts Centres and play a pivotal role in delivering our unique performing arts seasons, programmes and commissions.
What you’ll do
- Curate multi art form seasons in MPAC’s cutting edge suite of professional performing arts venues
- Lead an established and experienced team of producers to deliver MPAC’s programming activity, working alongside a number of key University stakeholders
- Work with artists and companies to realise the creation of new works including work created for Meyer Sound’s Constellation active acoustic system and Soundmap technologies
What you bring
We’re looking for a dynamic, creative people-focused leader with:
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, influence and relationship building, with an established network with both artists and companies in the local, national and international performing arts industry
- Expertise and extensive experience in the development and delivery of performing arts event programmes
