The Opportunity
The Student Conduct and Complaints team has an exciting opportunity for a Student Conduct Coordinator!
The Student Conduct Coordinator provides a range of high-level administrative and coordination services to support Monash’s Student Conduct and Complaints function, strategies, programs and initiatives, with a particular focus on supporting the administration of academic misconduct processes.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for administering and coordinating established administrative processes and systems to ensure resource allocation follows established procedures and timeframes. Further, you will deliver high-level and effective service to clients, including prompt issues resolution and adherence to privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
