The Opportunity
Equity Diversity and Inclusion have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an EDI Projects and Training Officer.
The Project Officer provides a range of high-level administrative and project coordination to support the end-to-end delivery of strategic and training projects in the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion team; including ‘The Masculinities Project’ and a new early intervention pilot program for men and boys.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for providing a range of EDI project and engagement support including: assisting with project scoping and planning, assisting with project implementation, monitoring and reporting on project progress, developing and collating documents, coordinating with stakeholders and providing administrative project support to the EDI Team. Additionally, you will actively participate in, develop and implement continuous improvement activities relating to communications, events, and educational offerings.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
