The Opportunity
Play a pivotal role at the School of Primary and Allied Health Care at Monash University! We are seeking an individual that is looking to make a real impact in a dynamic, research-driven environment by advancing our research and graduate research agenda through a diverse range of high-level, strategic activities.
As the School Research Manager, you will lead key initiatives that support the School’s research excellence. Your responsibilities will include conducting sophisticated data analyses, preparing insightful reports on research performance, and managing high-value research grants, scholarships, and awards. You will provide expert executive support to research committees and working groups, while ensuring a compliant, ethical, and safe research environment.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with senior research leaders to shape and implement the School’s strategic research priorities. You'll play a key part in improving research administration systems, enhancing data quality, and delivering high-level operational advice to the School’s leadership team. By fostering strong partnerships and driving innovation, you will help elevate the quality and impact of research support provided to both staff and students.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience, and a strong track record in research management. You’ll bring exceptional project management and operational leadership skills, along with a proven ability to deliver complex research initiatives and lead high-performing teams.
