The Opportunity
Join us at the Monash University Library as our Engagement and Events Lead and shape a dynamic calendar of events, activations, and outreach that inspires students, staff, researchers, alumni, and the wider community.
In this central role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of high-impact engagement programs that reflect the commitment of the Library to innovation, collaboration, and excellence. From concept to execution, you’ll ensure every event is current, professional, and strategically aligned with the University’s goals.
As a skilled project manager and communicator, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create seamless experiences which elevate the presence of the Library and deepen its connection with users. You’ll also play a key role in building our social media engagement, supporting branding initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across all touchpoints.
Whether coordinating complex activations, mentoring student interns, or crafting compelling communications, you’ll be at the heart of a vibrant, progressive environment where your ideas and leadership will make a lasting impact.
