The Opportunity

Rich Experiences has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Manager, Careers and Leadership.

The Manager, Careers and Leadership is responsible for the coordination and delivery of high-impact, scalable student programs, focusing on employability, career confidence, and leadership skills.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of student leadership and career development programs and associated activities in accordance with University policies, procedures and strategic priorities. Additionally, you will facilitate and deliver aspects of student leadership and career development programs to maximise student engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
