Remuneration: $120,138 - $132,610 pa HEW Level 08 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Centre Manager to join BioPRIA, based within the Faculty of Engineering at Monash University. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational leadership of a dynamic, collaborative research and training environment at the forefront of industry-university partnerships.

As a member of the Centre Executive, you’ll work closely with the Director to oversee the day-to-day operations and lead the coordination between university and industry partners. The role includes managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with funder and university requirements, and driving the implementation of a high-quality research training program including industry placements.

We're looking for a proactive and organised professional with strong research management experience and excellent communication skills.
