The Opportunity
Join Rich Experiences as an Industry Experience Officer.
The Industry Experience Officer provides a range of professional and high-quality administrative services to support the effective operation of the Rich Experiences team.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for effectively matching and placing interns with appropriate host companies, coordinating the end-to- end placement process while ensuring proper internship descriptions and training plans are in place for each placement. Additionally, you will continuously monitor internships through regular check-ins (phone, email, or visits) with both interns and host companies to identify and respond to issues within the scope of existing policies, procedures and precedent, escalating more complex matters through relevant channels and/or managers, as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a tertiary qualification in a relevant field; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
