Remuneration: $106,789 – $117,128 pa HEW 07 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

Are you driven to support student-led initiatives and enhance their University experience? As the Senior Student Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing strategic and high-level administrative support to Engineering Student Teams. You will foster collaboration across the Faculty, University departments, and external partners, champion Indigenous initiatives, and ensure alignment with institutional policy and goals to deliver meaningful, student-led programs.

In this role, you will oversee teams finances, service delivery, implement continuous improvement strategies, manage complex enquiries, and contribute to operational planning. Success requires strong stakeholder engagement, thorough understanding of policies and compliance, and expertise in process optimization and system management. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in business software and data systems are essential to thrive in this position.
