The Opportunity
The Strategic Projects team has an exciting opportunity as a Business Change Manager.
The Business Change Manager is responsible for guiding and supporting university stakeholders to implement the adoption of innovative educational practices and technologies that support learning and teaching.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for leading and managing change strategy to support implementation and evaluation of a suite of new initiatives, through developing standards, templates, exemplar practices, training content, training delivery and project documentation. Further, you will initiate, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with key project and Faculty stakeholders, in order to cultivate cooperation across the organisation and support the realisation of education objectives leading to high levels of adoption of new initiatives and technologies
The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. Qualifications in change management methodology are preferable but not required.
