About the role
We’re seeking a Senior Communications Coordinator to deliver high-level communication and administrative support across the School of Medicine. In this pivotal role, you’ll:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan for students, staff, alumni, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate major events, including open days, conferences, and special interest group activities.
- Manage content across digital platforms - social media, websites, intranet, and global emails.
- Support accreditation reporting, student recruitment, and crisis communications.
- Provide expert advice on communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll bring
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success in communications, stakeholder engagement, or student services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent relationship management and consulting skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- High-level computer literacy with business management software.
