The Opportunity

Disability Support Services are seeking a Business Transformation Project Lead - a motivated individual ready to drive meaningful change and shape the future of our services.

We’re seeking a Business Transformation Project Lead to spearhead the business transformation project within Disability Support Services. This is your chance to take the reins of a high-impact project that will reimagine how we deliver programs and services - ensuring they’re not only effective, but also aligned with key regulations such as the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and the Disability Standards for Education 2005. With completion anticipated by July 2026, this is a role where your leadership will leave a lasting legacy.

As our Project Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of driving transformation by reviewing and uplifting current processes, programs, and services. You’ll take responsibility for identifying and mitigating organisational change risks, developing strategies that ensure smooth transitions, and embedding sustainable improvements. Your ability to inspire collaboration will be key, as you engage stakeholders at every level, build commitment to change initiatives, and negotiate on disability support service priorities.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong inclusive educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive management experience and proven management expertise; or a combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Change management experience is desirable.
