The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Analyst, Projects within Monash HR, the Workforce Data Analyst plays a key role in delivering analytical services that support strategic workforce initiatives and operational excellence. This position sits within the Workforce Analytics and Innovation team, a forward-thinking unit driving data-informed HR strategy and compliance.
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Analyse and interpret workforce data to inform decision-making, planning and performance monitoring
 
- Develop dashboards, reports and tools to support HR quality assurance and university-wide strategic initiatives
 
- Provide expert advice and insights to senior stakeholders across Monash HR and client areas
 
- Contribute to the development of frameworks, methodologies and reporting processes for compliance and continuous improvement
 
If you have a degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in business analysis, particularly within HR, this role offers an exciting opportunity to transform data into meaningful insights. Your proficiency in data modelling, Power BI, and HR systems, combined with strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, will be highly valued.
