The Opportunity
The Education, Projects and Governance Coordinator plays a pivotal role in advancing the Faculty of Arts’ academic and strategic objectives by driving effective governance and project coordination. This position underpins the development and implementation of academic policies, supports compliance with institutional and government standards, and contributes to the successful delivery of key educational and strategic initiatives across the Faculty.
The role provides comprehensive administrative and project coordination support across the Faculty, ensuring the efficient delivery of governance, academic, and strategic initiatives. You will manage administrative processes, prepare reports and briefings, coordinate committees and meetings, and monitor project progress. In this role, you will maintain high service standards, foster effective stakeholder relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence within the Faculty.
As the successful candidate, you will possess exceptional organisational and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage complex processes, prioritise multiple tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. You will demonstrate highly developed written and verbal communication, sound judgement, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong digital literacy and proficiency with business systems is essential to support effective coordination, reporting, and the delivery of professional, high-standard services.
