The Opportunity
Monash Residential Services (MRS) are currently looking for an enthusiastic Information and Services Officer to provide a range of professional and high-quality administrative services to support the effective operation at MRS. The work is based 100% on site and involves planning, coordinating and undertaking a range of activities including answering general enquiries, implementing processes and procedures to ensure an excellent customer experience and continuous improvements initiatives. The Information and Services Officer liaises with MRS staff to identify, evaluate and execute new initiatives, and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.
This position operates fully on-site, across both weekdays and weekends. Rostering for this position is rotating and will include a mixture of shifts; for example: 8am-4pm, 9.30am-5.30pm and 12pm-8pm.
With the support of the other members of your team, your role will see you:
- Implement and deliver a range of complex and effective administrative tasks on site
- Undertake the input and analysis of data, including ensuring effective security, storage and distribution of data, records and reports
- Provide sound and timely advice, guidance and support to residents, other staff, clients and stakeholders within your area of responsibility
- Provide high levels of customer service in accordance with best practice guidelines, policy and procedure
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; proven commitment to excellence in customer service; demonstrated capacity to deliver effective operational processes and systems; and excellent organisational skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage time and plan work to meet deadlines.
