The Opportunity

The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) and Senior Vice President are looking for a Senior Engagement and Projects Adviser.

The Senior Engagement and Projects Adviser is responsible for implementing engagement-focused project plans that support the strategic and operational initiatives within the Education Portfolio.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for undertaking a range of high-level engagement coordination duties, including: working with stakeholders to scope and plan project deliverables, monitoring and reporting against budget, timeframes and other performance indicators, managing a schedule of project meetings and planning and implementing engagement strategies. Further, you have robust written skills with the ability to draft and manage the delivery of a broad range of traditional and digital strategic content.. You will also ensure currency of Portfolio websites; develop a range of collateral suitable for chosen platforms and channels; including web, social media channels, presentations and Publications.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree qualification in a relevant field with extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
