The Opportunity
The School is seeking a Project Officer to play a central role in driving education strategies and initiatives through high-level administrative coordination across the Education portfolio. The role ensures the smooth operation of essential functions including preparation for APAC accreditation aligned with national standards. It also supports honours and placement compliance, contributes to project and event coordination and coordinates key operational activities.
Responsibilities for this position include managing complex scheduling requirements, supporting committees, producing reports and maintaining high standards of data integrity. The role provides responsive and reliable support to staff and stakeholders while driving continuous improvement across governance, workflow systems and customer service excellence.
The position requires strong organisational capability with the capacity to manage competing demands in a dynamic environment. Success is supported by well-developed administrative skills, a commitment to quality operations and relevant qualifications or equivalent experience across areas such as business administration, psychology, public health or project management. Candidates with experience in program administration, project support or service delivery will thrive in this environment.
