The Opportunity

Imagine a student administration system that’s streamlined, intuitive, and built for success. That’s exactly what our Senior Business Process Change Analyst delivers. This role is the driving force behind designing, testing, and refining innovative solutions that transform the student lifecycle experience as part of the SMST Program.

With deep expertise in student administration, our Analyst ensures every solution is practical, scalable, and aligned with both program goals and the University’s vision. They don’t just design processes—they craft experiences that enhance functionality and elevate user satisfaction.

Working hand-in-hand with Senior Change Managers, they lead critical change activities such as impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and readiness planning. Their specialist knowledge bridges the gap between operational needs and program delivery, embedding the business perspective at every stage of the journey.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Expertise in Student Administration with a deep understanding of the coursework student lifecycle, operational workflows, education policies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Process Analysis & Improvement skills, able to analyse current-state processes, identify gaps, and develop practical, innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Analytical & Conceptual Thinking demonstrating strong skills in translating business issues into data-driven, workable solutions that support transformation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building having the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across program and operational teams.
  • Communication & Change Management with excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain process changes, produce documentation, and support training and transition activities.
