The Opportunity

The Student Recruitment Manager leads strategic initiatives to drive student recruitment for the Faculty of Arts across domestic and international markets. This role serves as the central liaison between the faculty and broader recruitment teams, ensuring cohesive messaging and engagement. It is focused on shaping and delivering a unified, market-informed approach to attract and connect prospective students with Faculty of Arts programs.

The role provides a dynamic opportunity to lead and manage recruitment operations, ensuring effective team performance and collaboration. You will drive the development and implementation of domestic and international recruitment strategies, oversee the promotion of the Faculty’s program portfolio, and act as a strategic liaison with Monash College and central recruitment teams. You will also build stakeholder relationships, deliver targeted content and events, and monitor market trends to inform recruitment initiatives.

As the successful candidate, you will possess demonstrated leadership experience with a proven ability to manage teams, set priorities, and achieve outcomes in high-pressure environments. You will have exceptional strategic planning capabilities, underpinned by strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive evidence-based decisions. You will bring extensive knowledge of higher education operations, domestic and international recruitment trends, and admissions processes, complemented by highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
