The Opportunity

Enterprise, Intelligence and Insights has an exciting opportunity for a Planning Systems and Analytics Lead.

The Planning Systems Analyst Lead is responsible for the provision of a range of services to support the business and strategic needs of stakeholders in the areas of student load and revenue planning across the university.  

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for acting as the business owner and lead subject matter expert with regards to the University’s student load and revenue planning system (IBM-Planning Analytics). This includes supporting the effective use, maintenance and ongoing improvement of the system, coordination with the users and other key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure data accuracy and system integrity, and ensuring the system meets the University’s strategic load planning objectives. Further, you will collaborate with eSolutions and key stakeholders to define, source, and develop data requirements, ensuring the transition to effective technical platforms and the creation of robust data sources that support the team’s analytical, modelling, and reporting needs.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires postgraduate qualifications and extensive, relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise in student load/revenue & resources planning / ERP systems; or or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
