The Opportunity

The Education Services Coordinator delivers high-quality administrative and operational support to student and academic services across the Faculties, with a strong focus on service excellence and effective judgement. The role supports all stages of the student lifecycle, including admissions, enrolments, course advice, coordination of faculty academic progress process and  placements, while resolving complex student and academic progress issues in line with privacy and compliance requirements.

Working collaboratively with Faculty colleagues and the Student and Academic Services team, the role manages complex administrative activities, provides timely specialist advice, contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, and supports governance, policy, compliance and reporting processes to ensure consistent, efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Bring strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to develop effective processes, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. You will demonstrate a genuine commitment to customer service, a hands-on approach to service delivery, and highly developed written and verbal communication skills to engage confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders and resolve complex issues.

You will be an effective team member who can also work independently, exercising sound judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical capability, high levels of computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office, and experience delivering front-line services in a complex educational environment will support your success in this role.
