The Opportunity
Monash University is seeking an experienced Manager, ICT Services Engagement to lead ICT services and strategic projects across Australia and international campuses. You will ensure timely, high-quality project delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and alignment with Monash’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ICT projects, including planning, implementation, and post-implementation review

Ensure project outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Monash campuses

Lead and develop high-performing project teams, including external consultants

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

Provide high-level advice and reporting to senior management
About You
-
Postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience, or extensive management experience, or an equivalent combination

Proven record managing large, complex projects, including change management

Strong planning, organisational, and budget management skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and communication skills

Experience leading and developing professional teams

Advanced project management software and ICT literacy
