The Opportunity
In this influential leadership role, you will partner with the Head of School to translate academic strategy into reality, managing a complex portfolio of financial, physical, and human resources. You will act as a vital bridge between vision and execution, ensuring the School’s world-class research and teaching objectives are met through sustainable planning and expert governance.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

Strategic Resource & Financial Management: Partnering with the School Executive to manage a budget of up to $45 million, overseeing complex infrastructure and facilities, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

Operational Leadership & Change: Leading and implementing significant change initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring administrative systems and policies are optimized to support the School’s evolving academic priorities.

Driving Team Excellence: Providing expert leadership to a team of professional and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and effective talent management to deliver high-level services across the School.
