This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise, analytical mindset and collaborative approach in a role that genuinely influences how research systems perform and evolve.

About the Role

Reporting to the MARP Administration Manager, you’ll provide high-level technical, analytical and administrative support during a period of system implementation and transition across critical business systems. From system configuration and workflow mapping to data analysis, reporting and user support, your work will directly contribute to continuous improvement and operational effectiveness during this transition period.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitoring system performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Extracting, analysing and interpreting data for reporting, compliance monitoring and strategic planning
  • Troubleshooting system issues, coordinating and actioning responses
  • Developing and maintaining system documentation, procedures and training materials to support implementation activities and enable a smooth transition period.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring a blend of technical capability, analytical strength and strong collaboration and communication skills, along with:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business systems or system administration
  • Proven experience analysing business processes, mapping workflows and defining system requirements

  • Experience supporting digital systems within a bioresources or research environment (highly desirable)

Why Join Us?
