The Opportunity

Rich Experiences has an exciting opportunity to be involved in the Global Immersion Guarantee program as a Senior Program Coordinator.

The Senior Program Coordinator - Global Immersion Guarantee (GIG) provides a range of high-level project coordination and services to support the end-to-end delivery of GIG in the Rich Experience Area within the Student Experience Portfolio. The Senior Program Coordinator is a key liaison point between the project team, wider portfolio, university and internal and external client groups, and works closely with these groups to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for coordinating and administering the delivery of a high quality program of services, systems or administrative processes in accordance with best practice and University policies, procedures and strategic priorities. Further, you will coordinate and provide expert advice when managing the student role account for the GIG program, which includes answering student queries and emails about the program in a timely manner under broad direction.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree qualification in a relevant field with extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
