The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support projects through high-level administrative and coordination services. Working closely with the Program Manager and key stakeholders, the role provides high-level coordination and administrative support across project activities, ensuring effective governance, accurate record-keeping and timely delivery against agreed objectives and timelines.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating research and service agreements, assisting with invoicing and payment processes and preparing reports, briefings and correspondence. Acting as a key liaison point, the position facilitates collaboration across stakeholders to support the timely progression of agreements and financial processes. The role also involves undertaking research, analysing issues and contributing to practical solutions, while ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
We are seeking someone with a strong administrative and project coordination experience, ideally within complex health or research environments, along with demonstrated capability in managing agreements and supporting financial processes. Highly developed organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are critical, as is an understanding of culturally responsive settings.
If you are seeking a role where you can contribute to meaningful projects in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.
