Remuneration: $96,768 - $104,450 pa HEW Level 06 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Officer to provide high‑level executive, administrative and office management support within the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences. In this pivotal role, you will support the smooth and professional operation of the Faculty Office and work closely with senior leaders, including the Dean, Faculty Director, Heads of School and other key stakeholders.

This is a dynamic position that requires sound judgement, strong organisational capability and the ability to manage complex workflows with professionalism and discretion. You will be a trusted partner who enables effective decision‑making, communication and coordination across the Faculty.

A typical day might involve: preparing correspondence and reports, coordinating meetings and events, supporting committees, managing diaries and communication flow, maintaining records, and liaising with staff and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in enabling effective decision‑making, supporting governance requirements, and contributing to process improvements across the Faculty.

About You

You bring strong experience in executive or administrative support within a complex environment, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and sound judgement. You are highly organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement, with the interpersonal skills to build effective relationships and deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
