The Opportunity

The School of Primary and Allied Health Care is seeking a passionate, service-focused Student Services Officer to deliver high quality and customer focused services related to the student lifecycle.

The Student Services Officer supports all aspects of the student life cycle including student enquiries, enrolment processing and advice, orientation, assessments, completions and course transfers, as well as responding to enquiry referrals for current and prospective students. Responsibilities will entail providing accurate and timely advice to School academic staff on all matters relating to enrolments, course mapping, course progression, credit, intermission, special consideration. Additionally this position will also provide support to Course Directors, Unit Coordinators and Chief Examiners as required.
