The Opportunity
In Monash HR, we provide best-practice workforce management expertise and HR service and solutions, operating as a unified function to deliver considered advice and impactful outcomes to our internal stakeholders.
We have an opportunity for a dynamic Payroll Officer to join the Payroll Services & Payroll Operations team within Monash HR. In this role you will provide a range of professional and high-quality administrative services to support the effective operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing new and existing employee information including; salary packaging, superannuation and employment changes within internal systems
- Providing advice, guidance and support to staff and clients on payroll/HR transactions
- Undertake the input and analysis of data, including ensuring accuracy, effective security, storage and distribution of data, records and reports
- Maintaining service standards by promptly resolving issues and adhering to privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements
- Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and systems for better efficiency and accuracy
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous payroll experience with a strong background in processing and administration, excellent communications skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Your proficiency in using payroll software such as SAP and your strong attention to detail will see you succeed in this role.
