The Opportunity
The Faculty of Engineering is offering a secondment opportunity for an experienced Senior Coordinator, Student Engagement and Academic Services to deliver best-practice student engagement and academic services with a strong focus on operational excellence and faculty strategic priorities.
Reporting to the Manager, Student Engagement and Academic Services, the role leads and coordinates key services across the student lifecycle, including admissions, selection, enrolment, credit transfer, course advice, completion, scholarships, awards, orientation and transition programs, as well as student wellbeing and academic progress. The position also supports employability initiatives through CPD, WIL/Industry Experience and the Career Ready Series, and manages more complex student matters.
The role supports academic and professional staff, contributes to planning and committee activities, and provides direct supervision to two team members.
