The Opportunity

The Program Coordinator provides high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the effective delivery of MIRRA’s nationally funded antisemitism and cultural awareness training program. The role is responsible for coordinating participant registrations, managing session logistics, supporting stakeholder communications and maintaining accurate program data, while building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. With a strong focus on process excellence and sound judgement, the Program Coordinator delivers timely advice and support to participating institutions, trainers and program participants to ensure a seamless training experience.

Working across multiple streams of activity, the role oversees training logistics, prepares and distributes materials, coordinates venues, catering and trainer travel, and supports the development and maintenance of the program’s online learning management system. The Program Coordinator ensures high standards of customer service, privacy and compliance, undertakes data input and analysis to support reporting requirements, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service quality and operational effectiveness.

As the successful candidate, you will bring demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative and operational support within a complex program environment, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and sound judgement. You will be confident coordinating registrations and logistics, maintaining accurate data, supporting stakeholder communications and delivering timely advice to institutions, trainers and participants. Customer-focused and solutions-oriented, you will manage competing priorities while upholding high standards of privacy and compliance, contribute to reporting and continuous improvement activities, and work collaboratively to ensure efficient, seamless program delivery.
