The Opportunity

The Student Conduct and Complaints Team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator.

The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the project to procure and embed a new enterprise-grade case management system to manage the University’s student academic and general misconduct processes, stage 3 complaints, remission of debt reviews, student misconduct panels and student misconduct appeals.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for leading, managing and coordinating the operation of a complex project and associated processes in accordance with best practice, University policies, procedures and strategic priorities. Further, you will devise solutions and provide high level, practical and impartial advice to senior management on complex, multi-faceted project issues, including making recommendations and co-ordinating regular high level business reporting.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires postgraduate qualifications and extensive, relevant experience; or extensive, relevant experience and proven management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
