The Opportunity
Join Monash University's Student Experience portfolio as an Enrolments Coordinator and play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of the Enrolment Services team. This position ensures the effective prioritisation and delivery of enrolment services, supports a small team, and contributes to policy development and business improvements. You will collaborate widely across the University and with external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, student-focused enrolment services.
This position will be responsible for coordinating and managing enrolment service operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external legislative requirements, and supporting data reporting and performance monitoring. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process reviews and system enhancements, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the University and beyond. The role also oversees team leadership, ensuring staff are well-supported, customer-focused, and equipped with up-to-date training and communications to deliver consistent, high-quality services.
To be successful in this role you will have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, along with demonstrated expertise in managing operations within complex environments. You will bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and prioritise within a customer-focused team, and proven experience building effective stakeholder relationships. A commitment to continuous improvement, coupled with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities, will be essential to thrive in this role.
