We are seeking a proactive and experienced higher education professional who can hit the ground running, demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
Join a high-performing team within the Faculty of Engineering, dedicated to delivering exceptional student and academic services. As a Senior Student Engagement and Academic Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the student lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from admission through to course completion.
In this hands-on role, you will provide expert administrative support across a broad range of services, including course advice, admissions, enrolment, credit and course transfers, student enquiries, mobility programs, and academic progress. You will also contribute to key student initiatives such as orientation, industry experience (WIL), Co-op programs, and employability development through Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and the Career Ready Series.
With a strong focus on operational excellence, you will manage more complex student matters using a case management approach, applying sound judgement and a solutions-focused mindset.
