The Opportunity
The Faculty of Information Technology is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing and Communications Coordinator to help bring our stories, initiatives and community to life.
In this role, you will support both strategic and day‑to‑day activities by developing and coordinating high‑quality communications across a range of channels including from internal newsletters to marketing materials, event communications, alumni engagement and recruitment content. You will also help prepare speaking notes and other materials that ensure our messaging is consistent, engaging and aligned with Faculty priorities.
You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and providing reliable, thoughtful support for publications, campaigns and events. With a focus on excellent processes and sound judgement, you’ll contribute to initiatives that strengthen staff engagement and support positive student enrolment outcomes.
