Join the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic programs, initiatives, and day-to-day operations.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support across a diverse portfolio. This includes managing casual and sessional appointments, overseeing expense processes for staff and students, administering vendor contracts, coordinating timesheets and purchasing activities, and providing specialist operational advice.
You will also contribute to projects and events, while identifying and implementing improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the department.
Working closely with the Department’s Administration team, you will bring strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery. Your ability to manage competing priorities and provide timely, accurate advice will be key to your success in this role.
