The Opportunity

This role is advertised through our Jobs for Indigenous Australians portal, prioritising opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants.
If you do not identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, please visit Jobs at Monash Australia portal to view current opportunities.

The Student Recruitment Partner (Faculty Programs) plays a lead role in delivering high-impact student recruitment and conversion initiatives across domestic and international audiences. Working closely with Regional Managers, International Country Representatives, academics, faculty marketing and events teams, and other key stakeholders, the role designs and delivers faculty-specific training, coordinates representation at major recruitment events, and ensures clear, compelling messaging that showcases Monash’s courses, employability outcomes and market strengths.

The role also leads targeted conversion strategies for priority courses, markets and cohorts, using data, market insights and stakeholder collaboration to strengthen prospective student decision-making and optimise enrolment outcomes. By monitoring performance, identifying barriers and driving continuous improvement across processes and service delivery, the position is central to enhancing recruitment effectiveness and building a collaborative, customer-focused approach across channels and markets.

As the successful candidate, you will bring a relevant degree qualification and extensive experience in student recruitment, conversion or stakeholder engagement, or an equivalent combination of education and professional expertise. You will have outstanding communication and presentation skills, with proven experience delivering engaging training to diverse audiences and building trusted relationships across academic and professional teams.

You are highly organised, analytical and proactive, with the ability to plan and deliver high-impact events and conversion initiatives that drive results. With strong problem-solving skills and sound knowledge of higher education market dynamics, you thrive working both independently and collaboratively, while remaining flexible during peak recruitment and conversion periods to support evening events and timely engagement activities.
