The Opportunity
Join Our Alumni Engagement Team as a Group Executive Assistant
We’re seeking a highly organised Group Executive Assistant to provide executive assistance to the Director, Alumni Engagement, alongside broader administrative support to the Alumni Engagement team. You’ll coordinate projects, support team operations and keep our fast-moving team running smoothly.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for facilitating communication and workflow, producing and editing papers, briefings, presentations and other written advice, calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, applying and advising on policy and supporting procurement processes, budget tracking and reconciliation. Further, you will liaise with and act as a conduit between senior managers, colleagues and stakeholders on a variety of organisational matters including facilitation of meetings, travel and communication. The role will extend beyond traditional executive assistance to include broader team coordination and support for priority projects as required.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
