The Opportunity
The Rich Experiences team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Coordinator.
The Senior Program Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the design and agile delivery of career and leadership development initiatives within the Careers and Employability (C&E) team, operating under the Rich Experiences division in the Student Experience Portfolio. The position ensures the successful implementation of student-facing programs that align with Monash University’s Career Impact Strategy and Impact 2030.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-impact careers, leadership and employability programs, events, experiences and initiatives, ensuring a high-quality and engaging student experience aligned with strategic objectives. Further, you will lead the planning and implementation of complex initiatives, collaborating with academics and other internal and external stakeholders to scope, design, deliver and continuously improve student-facing activities.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree qualification with subsequent relevant experience in program coordination, student engagement, employability, careers, leadership development or a related area; or extensive relevant experience and demonstrated expertise in program delivery, project coordination and stakeholder engagement; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
