The Opportunity
The Professional Experience Lead Coordinator will play a key role in delivering employability, Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) and placement initiatives. Working closely with the Associate Dean, Professional Pathways and Employability, you’ll coordinate the day-to-day delivery of WIL and placement programs, support stakeholder engagement, and contribute to projects that strengthen graduate employability outcomes.
You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders, industry partners and alumni to coordinate meetings, events and initiatives, while supporting policy, compliance, quality and continuous improvement activities. The role also provides an opportunity to lead and develop a small team and contribute to the effective operation and ongoing enhancement of WIL and placement services.
About You
You’ll be an experienced operational or program management professional with strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated commitment to service excellence. You’ll have experience coordinating complex programs or services, managing competing priorities, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes.
You’ll bring highly developed communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience managing and developing a team, together with knowledge of higher education and WIL or placement programs, will be highly regarded. You’ll also have strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
